Privacy

• Your email address — to deliver your eSIM and your receipt.
• Your WhatsApp number — only for plans our team sends by hand.
• Order details — which plan, the amount paid, and its status.
• Approximate country — from your IP, to pick a default currency.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment providers; we only ever see a reference and the amount.

We do not see your browsing activity, your messages, or anything else you do over the data connection. We are a reseller — the network operator carries your traffic, not us.

• Our eSIM network partners — to set up and deliver your eSIM profile.
• Anthropic — if our assistant answers you, on this website or on WhatsApp, your messages go to Anthropic's Claude to write the replies. Please don't share personal details with it. A person from our team can take over at any time.
• NVIDIA — our assistant tries an AI model run by NVIDIA first, so the messages it answers may also go to NVIDIA. Please don't share personal details with it.
• YCloud — our WhatsApp provider. If you message us on WhatsApp, YCloud receives the conversation and keeps it for up to six months so our team can reply.
• Meta — delivers your messages if you contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp. Our assistant can also receive and answer WhatsApp messages straight through Meta, without YCloud; after a purchase we may send you one WhatsApp message asking for a review.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for support, refunds, and accounting. You can ask us to delete your personal details at any time; we may keep a minimal transaction record where we're required to.
