This website, uplinkesim.com, is owned and operated by Uplink (“we”, “us” and “our”).
By buying from us or using this website you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; each order is covered by the version in force when you place it.
Uplink sells prepaid data-only eSIM profiles. You are buying mobile data for a defined allowance and validity period, delivered as a QR code or activation string.
You do not receive a phone number. You cannot make or receive calls or SMS on an Uplink eSIM. Bank one-time passcodes and other SMS verification will not arrive on this line. Keep your existing SIM in the device for that.
Before purchase, you confirm that your device:

An eSIM bought for an incompatible or locked device is not our responsibility once activated — but see section 5, because we will refund one that has not been installed.
Our Pakistan eSIMs work on non-PTA-approved and imported handsets, because PTA registration applies to devices using a Pakistani mobile number, and we issue no number. Buying from us does not register, unblock, or legalise a handset for use with a Pakistani number. It provides data connectivity only.
You can cancel any order for a full refund until the eSIM is installed on a phone. Once installed it cannot be cancelled, because a QR code can be installed only once.

Refunds go back to the account you paid from, usually the same day and at most within 3 working days. How to cancel, and the full detail, are in our Cancellation & refund policy.
Prices are shown in your local currency, converted from a daily exchange-rate snapshot. The price displayed at checkout is the price you are charged.
Prices may change without notice as exchange rates and supplier costs move. A change never affects an order already paid for.
Delivery is digital and available worldwide; nothing is shipped. Automatically-fulfilled plans are delivered by email within minutes of payment. Some plans are prepared by our team and are typically sent within a few hours during working hours; your order page always shows the current status.
If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we refund it in full automatically. We may also decline an order if the plan is no longer available or a price was shown in error, and refund it in full.
Data plans described as unlimited or per-day carry a fair-use policy: after the daily high-speed allowance, speed is reduced for the remainder of that day. The applicable limit is shown on each plan.
Coverage depends on the partner networks available in each country and on your device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular speeds, or coverage in any specific location.
Don't use an Uplink eSIM or this website for anything unlawful, to send bulk unsolicited messages, to submit false information, to interfere with the website's security, or to resell connectivity without a written agreement with us. We may suspend a profile, or refuse service, where it is used this way.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — missed bookings, lost business, or similar — arising from loss of connectivity. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and you agree that the courts of Faisalabad (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
Plain-English summary: it's data, not a phone number. Your phone must support eSIM and be unlocked — we'll check free. Changed your mind before installing? Full refund. If it never works, you get your money back. If you've used the data, you don't.
